You can learn to surf from the age of 5, no maximum age known at this time. Our oldest student was 75 years old.
For your first sessions, you don’t need to be a great athlete to learn how to stand up.
Your surf instructor will choose the technique and surfboard that matches with your size and level.
For which level ?
From novice to experienced. You may have never seen the ocean in your life, if you know how to swim, you can learn to surf.
The lessons are also suitable for surfers with more experience, who are looking to progress technically and improve their understanding of the ocean.
